As I wrote earlier the name of the World's Redeemer is already seen in the Old Testament, but it is hidden in the Hebrew text. The same name, ישוע, which the angel informed to Joseph (Matthew 1: 21) can be found in six verses in the Old Testament (Gen. 49: 18; Ex. 14: 13; 1. Sam. 14: 45; Ps. 74: 12; Isa. 26: 1, 18). Just as I found the name Yeshua in those Hebrew texts of the Old Testament, just the same way I have found the name אהיה, Ehyeh, hidden in the old Testament texts. Even Yeshua's teaching was subtly hidden in the parables. The disciples asked the reason for the method of their Master, and He replied:"Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not ; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive. For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them" (Matthew 13: 11 - 17).
Tuossa samassa Matteuksen evankeliumin luvussa Jeeshua esittää monta lyhyttä vertausta, joissa Hän valaisee taivasten valtakunnan salaisuutta. In the same chapter of Matthew, Yeshua gives many short parables to illustrate the secret of the kingdom of heaven. In the verse 13: 44 Yeshua equates the kingdom of heaven to treasure that the man found and hid, and then he sold everything else and bought the field, where he had hidden the treasure. In the next two verses (13: 45, 46) Yeshua compares the kingdom of heaven to a pearl found by a merchant. When the merchant of the parable found ONE precious pearl, he sould everything he owned and bought the pearl. One pearl was enough for that merchant, likewise ONE GOD, Ehyeh, is sufficient for me!
