Jumala vastasi Moosekselle:"Minä olen se, joka minä olen". Ja hän sanoi vielä:"Sano israelilaisille näin: 'Minä olen’ lähetti minut teidän luoksenne” (2. Moos. 3: 14)
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you” (Ex. 3: 14)
