Goog Maagogissa * Gog in Magog

Minua hämmentää kovasti se, että uskovien keskuudessa odotetaan toisaalta Jerusalemin kolmatta temppeliä ja maanpäällistä 1000-vuotista valtakuntaa ja toisaalta Googin ja Maagogin sotaa ennen Jeesuksen paluuta. Mielestäni perustelut näille uskomuksille ovat varsin hataria.

I'm surprised that many Christians are waiting on the other hand for the third temple of Jerusalem, and the 1000-year kingdom on the earth and on the other hand the battle of Gog and Magog before Jesus' coming. I think the arguments for these beliefs are quite weak.

Jeesus, jota kutsutaan myös Jumalan Sanaksi, tuntee täydellisesti kaikki kirjoitukset, ja hän myös ymmärtää niiden merkitykset perinjuurin. Jos hän ei ole sanonut mitään ihmisten rakentamasta Jerusalemin kolmannesta temppelistä, tuhatvuotisesta valtakunnasta maan päällä tai Googin ja Maagogin sodasta ennen paluutaan, minun on niputettava kaikki sellaiset opetukset inhimillisten fantasioiden joukkoon.

Jesus who is also called the Word of God knows thoroughly all writings and he also understands exactly their  meanings. If he hadn't said anything of the third man-made temple of Jerusalem, of the 1000-year kingdom on the earth, and of the  war of Gog and Magog before his coming I must cast such teachings among the human fantasies.

And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands for my name's sake, shall receive a hundred-fold, and shall inherit everlasting life. But many (that are) first shall be last, and the last (shall be) first." (compare Luke 22: 29, 30).

JESUS TAKES THE SAVED HOME:
John 14: 1 - 3:
"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if (it were) not (so), I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am (there) ye may be also."


Kaikista näistä Jeesuksen sanoista koskien hänen paluutaan, minä en löydä pienintäkään mainintaa siitä, että hän tullessaan astuisi jalallaan Jerusalemiin tai edes ylipäätään maan pinnalle, tai että hän asettuisi tuhanneksi vuodeksi asumaan ihmisten hänelle rakentamaan kolmanteen temppeliin Jerusalemin Öljymäelle, tai että Googin ja Maagogin taistelu tapahtuisi juuri ennen hänen paluutaan.

Among all these words of Jesus concerning his coming I can't find a tiniest mention that he would stand in Jerusalem or on earth at all, that he would stay for 1000 years in a man-made temple on the Mount of Olives or that the battle of Gog and Magog would happen just before his coming.


Minä haluan uskoa Jeesuksen omiin sanoihin. Siksi uskon näin:
1. JEESUS ILMESTYY PILVISSÄ
Kaikki ihmiset näkevät hänen tulemuksensa samaan aikaa, koska hänen ilmestymisensä on kuin salaman leimaus, joka näkyy idästä länteen (Ilm. 1: 7). Jos hän astuisi alas maan päälle, vain osa ihmisistä saisi nähdä hänet.
I want to believe in Jesus' words. Therefore I believe like this:
1. JESUS WILL APPEAR IN THE CLOUDS
All people shall see his coming at the same time (Rev. 1: 7), because his coming is as the lightning from the east to the west. If he came down to earth, but few people would see him.

2. HÄNEN KIRKKAUTENSA TUHOAA JUMALATTOMAT
Koska taivaallinen kirkkaus on synnittömyyttä, pyhyyttä ja vanhurskautta, jonka ihminen menetti syntiinlankeemuksessa, Jeesuksen vanhurskauden suojaa vailla olevat jumalattomat ihmiset kuolevat nähdessään Jeesuksen ilmestyvän omassa ja Isänsä kirkkaudessa enkelien kanssa.
Daniel menetti voimansa yhden enkelin näkemisestä (Dan. 10: 8), mutta mitä tapahtuukaan koko taivaallisen kirkkauden ilmestyessä!
Pietari sai näyn Jeesuksen tulemuksesta, sillä hän kirjoittaa näin: "Mutta Herran päivä on tuleva niinkuin varas, ja silloin taivaat katoavat pauhinalla, ja alkuaineet kuumuudesta hajoavat, ja maa ja kaikki, mitä siihen on tehty, palavat. Kun siis nämä kaikki näin hajoavat, millaisia tuleekaan teidän olla pyhässä vaelluksessa ja jumalisuudessa" (2. Piet. 3: 10, 11).
2. HIS GLORY WILL DESTROY THE WICKED
Because the heavenly glory is sinlessness, holiness and righteousness the fallen men have lost in the Fall, people without the protection of Jesus' righteousness shall die, when they shall see him in his own glory and in the glory of his Father with all the angels. 
Daniel lost his strength before one angel (Dan. 10: 8), but what shall happen when the whole  heavenly glory shall appear!
Peter got a vision of Jesus' coming and he writes like this:
"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise and the elements will melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein will be burned up. (Seeing) then (that) all these things will be dissolved, what manner (of persons) ought ye to be in (all) holy deportment and godliness" (2. Peter 3: 10,11).

3. JEESUS OTTAA KAIKKI PYHÄT KOTIIN
Jeesuksen tullessa soi "Jumalan pasuuna", ja "ylienkelin äänen kuuluessa" haudat avautuvat ja pyhät eli "Kristuksessa kuolleet" nousevat ylös (1. Tess. 4: 16). Tämä on "Elämän Ylösnousemus" (Joh. 5: 29). Elossa olevat pyhät liitetään ylösnousseiden pyhien joukkoon, ja heidät otetaan/temmataan yhdessä Jeesusta vastaan pilviin/yläilmoihin (1. Tess. 4: 17).
3. JESUS WILL TAKE HOME ALL THE HOLY ONES
"God's trumpet" shall sound when Jesus shall come; the tombs will be opened and the dead in Christ shall be risen up when the voice of the archangel shall sound (1. Tess. 4: 16).  This is the Resurrection of Life (Joh. 5: 29). The holy ones which are alive on earth shall be taken up with the resurrected holy ones in the clouds (1. Tess. 4: 17).

4. MAA TYHJENTÄMÄLLÄ TYHJENNETÄÄN
Koska kaikki jumalattomat kuolevat taivaalliseen kirkkauteen, ja kaikki pyhät nostetaan ylös Isän kotiin, kukaan ei hautaa kuolleiden jumalattomien ruumiita, vaan ne jäävät lojumaan alkuaineiden sulamisesta mullistuneen ja täydellisesti tuhoutuneen maan pinnalle. Jos vielä joitakin eläimiä tai lintuja on elossa, ne saavat ravintonsa jumalattomien ruumiista. Ilmestyskirjan 19: 17, 18:ssa niitä kutsutaan "Jumalan suurelle aterialle". Tällä tavalla Jumala "tekee maan tyhjäksi ja autioksi, mullistaa sen muodon ja hajottaa sen asukkaat" (Jes. 24: 1). "Maa tyhjentämällä tyhjennetään" (Jes. 24: 3). Saatana sidotaan tuhanneksi vuodeksi, "ettei hän enää kansoja villitsisi" (Ilm. 20: 1- 3). Niin kuin maa tyhjennettiin Nooan päivinä ja Sodoma ja Gomorra Lootin päivinä, niin tulee tapahtumaan myös Herran päivänä.
4. THE EARTH WILL BE MADE TOTALLY EMPTY
Because all the wicked will die before the heavenly glory and all the holy will be taken up to the Home of the Father, there is no-one who will bury the bodies of the wicked but they'll be eaten by animals and birds. In Rev. 19: 17, 18 there is a call to come "unto the supper of the great God". This is how God will make the earth totally empty and turn it upside down (Isa. 24: 1). "The land shall be utterly emptied" (Isa. 24: 3). Satan shall be bound for a thousand years that he should deceive the nations no more (Rev. 20: 1 - 3).  So as the earth was made empty in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah were emptied in the days of Lot the same will happen in the day of the Lord.

5. PYHÄT HALLITSEVAT JEESUKSEN KANSSA TAIVAASSA
Samalla kun Saatana on toimettomana ja vankina tuhotulla Telluksella, pelastetut saavat asettua heille valmistettuihin majoihin Isän Kodissa, ja istua heille valmistetuilla valtaistuimilla hallitsemassa ja tuomitsemassa Jeesuksen kanssa jumalattomia tarkastaen taivaan kirjoihin tehtyjä merkintöjä näiden valinnoista ja elämästä (Ilm. 20: 4, 6). Ennen lopullista tuomiota on varmistuttava siitä, kenen nimi on Elämän Kirjassa ja kenen taas ei ole. Tämä tärkeä tehtävä uskotaan pyhille.
5. THE HOLY ONES SHALL REIGN WITH JESUS IN HEAVEN
When Satan shall be inactive and a prisoner on the earth, the saved are allowed to settle in the places made for them in the Home of the Father and to sit on their thrones and reign and judge the wicked with Jesus checking their choices and life (Rev. 20: 4, 6). Before the final judgement it is important to  make sure whose names are in the Book of Life and whose names are lacking from it. The holy ones are allowed to do this mission.

6. TUOMION YLÖSNOUSEMUS TAPAHTUU 1000 VUODEN JÄLKEEN
Jumalattomat herätetään 1000 vuoden jälkeen (Ilm. 20: 5a), kun pyhistä koostuva jury on Karitsan kanssa suorittanut taivaallisten Kirjojen tarkistuksen. "Tuomion ylösnousemus" (Joh. 5: 29) tapahtuu Jeesuksen kolmannen tulemisen yhteydessä. Silloin taivaan pilvissä ilmestyy näkyviin UUSI JERUSALEM, joka tarkoittaa sekä pyhiä itseään eli "Karitsan morsianta" että heidän kotiaan (Ilm. 21: 2, 3). Tämä valtava ja käsittämättömän loistava kaupunki (Ilm. 21: 10 - 22) laskeutuu Öljymäelle, jonka täytyy haljeta todella valtavaksi laaksoksi (Sak. 14: 4).
6. THE RESURRECTION OF DAMNATION WILL HAPPEN AFTER 1000 YEARS
The wicked will be resurrected after 1000 years (Rev. 20: 5a) when the holy jury have finished with the Lamb to check the Heavenly Books. The resurrection of Damnation will happen when Jesus comes the third time to the earth. Then it will be seen in the cloud the NEW JERUSALEM, which means both the holy ones or "the bride of the Lamb" and their home (Rev. 21: 2, 3). This huge and unimaginably glorious city (Rev. 21: 10 - 22) will descend on the Mount of Olives, which must be cleaved and made a great valley (Zach. 14: 4).

7. SAATANA VILLITSEE JUMALATTOMAT VIIMEISEEN TAISTOON
Johannes kirjoitta yksiselitteisen selvästi, että "kun ne tuhat vuotta ovat loppuun kuluneet, päästetään saatana vankeudestaan, ja hän lähtee villitsemään maan neljällä kulmalla olevia kansoja, Googia ja Maagogia, kootakseen heidät sotaan, ja niiden luku on kuin meren hiekka" (Ilm. 20: 7, 8).
Valtava enemmistö ihmisistä on kautta vuosituhansien asettunut vastustamaan Jumalaa, ja he kuuluvat sen tähden Saatanan armeijaan. Siksi Saatanan joukko tulee olemaan valtava kuin "meren hiekka". Juuri haudoistaan herätetyt jumalattomat näkevät Uuden Jerusalemin ainoana tavoiteltavana asuinpaikkanaan, sillä kaikki muuhan on tuhoutunut maan päällä.
Hesekiel kutsuu jumalattomien johtajaa/villitsijää nimellä Goog, joka asuu Maagogin maassa (Hes. 38. luku). Johannes puolestaan paljastaa, että tuo villitsijä on itse Saatana (Ilm. 20: 8). Hesekiel kutsuu Googia mm. Roosin ruhtinaaksi. Hepreassa sana ראש (rosh) merkitsee päätä, johtajaa, ylintä. Muistammehan, että Lucifer alias Saatana halusi nousta korkeimmaksi ja ylimmäksi... Jumalaakin korkeammalle, ja että hän halusi istua "ilmestysvuorelle pohjimmaiseen POHJOLAAN" (Jes. 14: 13, 14). Goog Maagogissa on Saatana Pohjolassaan. (Huom! Suomen kielen sanat pohoinen/pohjola yms. johdetaan sanasta pohja/perä. "Pohjola" ei olekaan korkealla/ylhäällä vaan POHJALLA, juuri niin kuin Saatana tulee olemaan "tallattuna raatona - Jes. 14: 15 - 19).
7. SATAN WILL DECEIVE THE WICKED TO THE LAST BATTLE
John wrote clearly enough that "when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison. And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea" (Rev. 20: 7, 8). 
The vast majority of people through the millenniums has always opposed God and joined with the army of Satan. Therefore Satan's troops will be huge "as the sand of the sea". Those wicked who just have been resurrected from their tombs shall see the New Jerusalem as their only habitation, for all other places have completely been destroyed on the earth.
Ezekiel calls the leader of the wicked Gog, who is living in the land of Magog (the 38th chapter of Ezekiel). But John reveals that he is Satan himself (Rev. 20: 8). In the Finnish version Ezekiel calls him also the Prince of Rosh. In Hebrew ראש (rosh) means head, leader, the highest one. Cant' we remember that it was Lucifer alias Satan who wanted to ascend above into heaven... even higher than God... he wanted to sit upon the mount of the congregation in the sides of the NORTH (Isa. 14: 13, 14). Gog in Magog is Satan in the North. (In Finnish the word pohjoinen/north has been derived from the word pohja/bottom. Therefore "North" is not high up but in the BOTTOM just as Satan shall be "as a carcase trodden under feet" - Isa. 14: 15 - 19).

8. SAATANA JOHTAA JUMALATTOMIEN HYÖKKÄYSTÄ
Hesekielin 38. luvussa kuvaillaan jumalattomien hyökkäystä. Hesekielin mainitsemista henkilöistä Maagog, Mesek, Tuubal ja Goomer olivat Jaafetin poikia (1. Moos. 10: 2), Toogarma puolestaan Goomerin poika eli Jaafetin pojanpoika (1. Moos. 10: 3) ja Puut Haamin poika (1. Moos. 10: 6). Ilmeisesti nämä kaikki miehet ovat olleet Jumalan vihollisia ja Saatanan liittolaisia. Tuomion Ylösnousemuksen jälkeen he lienevät ehkä innokkaimpia hyökkäämään Saatanan johdolla Uutta Jerusalemia vastaan.
Nooasta polveutuneiden heimojen asuinalueiden perusteella Googin ja Maagogin hyökkäystä on yritetty sortteerata aivan tiettyjen kansojen hyökkäykseksi maallista Jerusalemia ja nykyistä Israelia vastaan.
Maagogin alue oli aikanaan Mustameren pohjoispuolella. Ilmeisesti tällä perusteella Ukraina ja Venäjä nostetaan profetioiden tulkintoihin, varsinkin kun myös Mesek yhdistetään Venäjään. Venäjää pidetään ennustusten "pohjan kuninkaana", mutta minun mielestäni on syytä muistaa tuo Jesajan teksti Luciferista, joka tahtoi nousta "pohjimmaiseen POHJOLAAN".
Goomer ja Toogarma hallitsivat aikoinaan nykyisen Turkin alueella ja Tuubal asui Mustanmeren ja Kaspianmeren välisellä kaistaleella. Puutin maa oli nykyisen Libyan alue, ja lilyalaisia pidetään Puutista polveutuneina.
Voisiko jumalattomia löytyä vain noiden kansojen keskuudesta? Ei todellakaan! Hesekielin mainitsemat nimet edustavat jokaista jumalatonta ihmistä, olkoon hän asunut missäpäin maapalloa tai mihin aikaan hyvänsä. "Maan neljä kulmaa" (Ilm. 20: 8) viittaavat koko maailmaan ja kaikkiin sukupolviin. Samalla tavalla kaikkien aikojen pelastetut kaikilta maan kulmilta kuuluvat ISRAELIIN eli Abrahamin jälkeläisiin olkootpa he sitten syntyperäisiä Abrahamin jälkeläisiä tai uudestisyntyneitä uskovia (Room. 4: 11 - 22; Gal. 3: 7 -9).
8. SATAN WILL LEAD THE ATTACK OF THE WICKED
In the 38th chapter of Ezekiel there is a description of the attack of the wicked. From the persons whom Ezekiel mentions Magog, Meshech, Tubal and Gomer were sons of Japheth (Gen. 10: 2), Togarmah was a son of Gomer or a grandson of Japheth (Gen. 10: 3) and Phut was a son of Ham (Gen. 10: 6). Apparently all these men were God's enemies and Satan's ally. Possibly they'll be after the Resurrection of Damnation the most ardent/eager to attack with Satan against the New Jerusalem.
Perhaps on the base of the living areas of the sons of Noah many people are thinking that the battle of Gog and Magog shall be made against the earthly Jerusalem and the current Israel.
Magog area was once to the north of the Black Sea. Possibly therefore Ukrainian and Russian have been taken to the interpretations of the prophecies especially when Meshech has also been connected with Russian. "The four quarters" (Rev. 20: 8) refers to the whole world and all generations. In the same way all the saved belong to ISRAEL no matter is he a descendant of Abraham by blood or by faith (Rom. 4: 11 - 22; Gal. 3: 7 - 9).

9. GOOGIN JA MAAGOGIN HYÖKKÄYS ON TOIVOTTOMIN SOTA
Uusi Jerusalem on vasta laskeutumassa Öljymäelle, kun jumalattomat Saatanan johdolla "nousevat yli maan avaruuden ja piirittävät pyhien leirin ja sen rakastetun kaupungin" (Ilm. 20: 9a). Googin ja Maagogin sota lienee lyhin mahdollinen, sillä Johanneskin kuvaa tapahtumaa yhdellä tyhjentävällä lauseella: "Mutta tuli lankeaa taivaasta ja kuluttaa heidät" (Ilm. 20: 9b). Tapahtumaa kutsutaan "tulijärveksi" (Ilm. 20: 10, 14). Siinä kuolevat lopullisesti kaikki, joiden nimi ei ole kirjoitettu Karitsan Elämän Kirjaan (Ilm. 20: 15), ja heidän tuhonsa on ikuinen.
9. THE SHORTEST WAR
The New Jerusalem is about to descend on the Mount of Olives when the wicked under the leadership of Satan shall go up "on the breadth of the earth, and compass the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city" (Rev. 20: 9a). The battle of Gog and Magog shall possibly be the shortest, for even John describes it with one clear sentence: "and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them" (Rev. 20 9b). It's called "the lake of fire" (Rev. 20: 10, 14). All those whose name is not written in the Book of Life of the Lamb (Rev. 20: 15) shall be destroyed for ever.

10. KAIKKI LUODAAN UUDEKSI
Tuli on nopea kuluttamaan kaiken loppuun. Siinä ei ikuisuuksia tarvita. Helvetti ei ole ikuinen kestoltaan vaan seuraamuksiltaan. Milloinkaan ei tule olemaan enää kapinaa Jumalaa vastaan... ei Saatanaa, ei langenneita enkeleitä eikä jumalattomia ihmisiä. Jumalallinen SANA saavuttaa lopullisen täyttymyksensä, kun pelastetut asettuvat asumaan uudeksi luotuun maahan, "eikä kuolemaa ole enää oleva, eikä murhetta eikä parkua eikä kipua ole enää oleva (Ilm. 21: 4).
10. EVERYTHING SHALL BE CREATED ONCE AGAIN
Fire makes a quick end. No eternity is needed at all. The fire of Hell will not last for ever but its consequences are eternal. There shall be no revolt against God any more... nor Satan or fallen angels or the wicked men. The divine WORD shall be fulfilled when the saved shall settle down in the New Earth and when "there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain" (Rev. 21: 4).
