Käärme - Nachash -Serpent

Käärme (hepreaksi נחש nachash) on Jahven (יהוה אלהים) luoma (1.Moos. 3: 1) eläin. Nachash oli ovela ja viisas sekoittaessaan Jahven sanat Elohimin sanoiksi (1. Moos. 2: 16, 17; 3: 2). Nachas kumosi Jahven itsensä antaman uhkauksen kielletyn hedelmän syömisen seurauksista väittäessään "ette suinkaan kuole" (1. Moos. 3: 4).

Erämaassa Jahve kehoitti Moosesta tekemään SARAF'in (שרף merkitsee SERAFI), mutta Mooses teki kansalle valetun käärmeen kuvan (נחש נחשת nachsh nechoshet - 4. Moos. 21. 8, 9), josta tuli Israelin palvoma epäjumala aina Hiskian päiviin saakka (2. Kun. 18: 4).

SERAFI kuvaa Luciferin kuuliaisuuden aikaa Elohimin palveluksessa, ja KÄÄRME puolestaan kuvaa langennutta Saatanaa, joka haluaa olla itse Jumala. Mooses siis tiesi Luciferin historian Serafista Käärmeeksi.

Luciferin lankeaminen toi mukanaan kuoleman, mutta Jeshuan ylentäminen (ristille) merkitsi voittoa kuolemasta ja Käärmeestä jokaiselle, joka uskoo HÄNEEN, Jumalan ainokaiseen Poikaan (Joh. 3: 14- 16).

The serpent (Hebrew: נחש nachash) is an animal created by Yahweh (יהוה אלהים - Genesis 3:1). Nachash was cunning and wise in confusing Yahweh's words with Elohim's words (Genesis 2:16, 17; 3:2). Nachash refuted Yahweh's own threat about the consequences of eating the forbidden fruit by claiming "you will not surely die" (Genesis 3:4).

In the wilderness, Yahweh instructed Moses to make a SARAF (שרף means SERAPH), but Moses made a molten image of a serpent for the people (נחש נחשת nachsh nechoshet - Num. 21: 8, 9), which became an idol worshipped by Israel until the days of Hezekiah (2 Kings 18:4).

The SERAPH represents Lucifer's time of obedience in the service of Elohim, and the SERPENT, in turn, represents the fallen Satan, who wants to be God himself. So Moses knew the history of Lucifer from Seraphim to Serpent.

Lucifer's fall brought death, but Yeshua's exaltation (on the cross) meant victory over death and the Serpent for everyone who believes in HIM, the only Son of God (John 3:14-16).

Jeshua opetuslapsilleen: ”Katso, minä olen antanut teille vallan tallata käärmeitä ja skorpioneja ja kaikkea vihollisen voimaa, eikä mikään ole teitä vanhingoittava.” (Luuk. 10: 19)

Yeshua to the disciples: ”Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10: 19)
